What is B Present Group Wellness Coaching?
You asked, we delivered! The B Present Group Wellness Coaching Program is a comprehensive program designed to help you improve all areas of your life including nutrition, physical activity, relationships, stress, and more.
We will guide and support you, week by week, as you make positive changes to improve your health and happiness. We have found our model of “one step at a time” to be very successful in creating lasting change. We want you to flourish in mind, body, and spirit.
Why work in a group?
Group coaching allows you the opportunity to share your goals, brainstorm solutions, learn from others, and gain new perspectives. When you are working on achieving your goals solo, you typically have a unilateral approach, without much out-of-the-box thinking. Being exposed to a variety of insights will empower you to see solutions from many different angles.
When you are an active part of a group, you are more likely to accomplish your goals. Your coach, along with the other group members, will support and encourage you as you work to make positive changes in your life.
Financially, group coaching is a great value. You will receive the same quality coaching, but at a more cost-effective investment. Group coaching is a smart way to receive top-notch guidance and be supported by others.
What is covered in the curriculum?
We took many of the philosophies from our 6 Months to Wellness Private Coaching Program and applied them to our group coaching curriculum.
We included a well-rounded variety of topics that are crucial to overall health, wellness, and happiness. Our goal is for you to walk away from the program understanding what foods energize your body, feeling balanced, and having true joy in all areas of your life.
A brief outline of the topics that will be covered in your program:

What does the program include?
8 SPECIALLY-DESIGNED SESSIONS. Weekly, one-hour sessions tailored to the group’s collective goals. Each meeting will include reflection, discussion, introduction to new foods, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.
PROGRAM MATERIALS. All program materials are hand-picked to inspire you to put your new healthy lifestyle into practice.
ACTION-ITEMS. You will leave each session with specific next steps to take. You will be provided with instruction on how to incorporate the recommendations into your life in a way that is maintainable and sustainable.
ACCOUNTABILITY. You will be held accountable to implementing the diet and lifestyle recommendations into your life.
FACEBOOK GROUP. You will be provide access to a private Facebook group throughout your program. This will be a place for you to connect with the group outside of session time and ask your coach questions.

The group program is one of the most economical ways to work directly with one of our Wellness Coaches. Beyond your weekly meetings, your coach will be available for support in between sessions—answering questions, holding you accountable, and carefully preparing program materials.
The program investment includes your weekly one-hour meetings, the program materials, action-items, accountability, and support outside of session time.
Your Wellness Coach will go above and beyond the call of duty and will walk beside you, day by day, as you integrate these changes into your life. You really can’t put a price on what optimal health—in body and in mind—will afford you.

What do I need to bring to the first meeting?
Most importantly, your beautiful and authentic self. You will be provided with welcome materials at the first meeting. We do ask that you bring a pen and a dedicated notebook.
