I am so grateful for the timing of this TRANSFORMATION. Just having the ‘accountability’ of the group has helped me so much. This week has been extremely stressful and in the past I would have gone straight to the vending machine for ‘wax’ donuts and would have eaten my feelings. As I close on my 21 days, I want to share my progress. I have lost 12 lbs, 5 inches, and my energy has improved. I wake up early and I am now excited for my day. One of my biggest obstacles was giving up Diet Coke. I used to drink 6-8 a day and I am proud to share I haven’t had one since the start of the TRANSFORMATION. If I can go from 6-8 a day to NONE, anyone can. I find myself seeking a healthier lifestyle all around and feel empowered by it. Thank you for the guidance and support!

What exactly does the 21 DAY TRANSFORMATION include?

A CUSTOMIZABLE MEAL PLANNER. Gone are the days of someone telling you exactly what to eat. We give you a specific structure to follow and you have the freedom to choose which meals you want to eat.

OVER 60 HAND-CRAFTED RECIPES. All of the recipes are designed specifically for you by one of our Wellness Coaches, Gina Schade. She has cooked, tasted, and tweaked every single recipe. The recipes are easy to whip up on busy weeknight and are all family-friendly.

MODIFICATIONS FOR SPECIFIC DIETS. Our meal plan is modifiable for those following a Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegetarian, or Vegan diet. Each recipe is clearly labeled and gives specific modification instructions, if needed.

LIST OF RECOMMENDED GROCERY ITEMS. Not all foods are created equal. We provide you with a list of clean eating grocery items to help you at the grocery store. The recommendations cover categories like bread, crackers, dressings, yogurts, pasta sauces, condiments, eggs, meat, and more.

RESTAURANT SUGGESTIONS FOR MEALS ‘ON THE GO’. Throughout the TRANSFORMATION, it is suggested you prepare and eat your meals from home. For moments when that is not entirely possible, you will be given restaurant and meal suggestions to help keep you on track, for those moments when you have to eat ‘on the go’.

INDULGENCES. Because we believe in the 90/10 life, we encourage you to incorporate treats into your lifestyle. We would never ask you to completely eliminate something you love. We build indulgences into the plan to keep you satisfied throughout the 21 days. This is one of the most-loved aspects of the TRANSFORMATION.

RECOMMENDED SHAKEOLOGY OPTION: Shakeology is the number one nutrient-dense meal replacement drink at B Present Studio. Shakeology has been proven to support weight-loss, increase energy, and decrease belly bloating. It is high in protein and is comprised of over forty different super foods. ACCOUNTABILITY PLATFORM: You will become part of a private online accountability group. We will post, talk, discuss, and encourage each other every single day. You will be encouraged to share photos of your meals, lift-up other Transformers, and post any questions you have throughout the 21 days.

RESULTS TRACKER: This tool is designed to help you measure your progress. You will have the opportunity to record before and after stats, as well as write out the health and wellness goals you have for yourself. It has been proven that if you write down your goals you are more likely to achieve them.

Artichoke, Tomato and Chicken Sausage will be a staple in my house! It is so good!
